Work Environment This is an onsite role in an open-concept office and fulfillment space, where you work Monday through Friday on one of two shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You may be required to work mandatory overtime during peak project periods, including up to two hours of overtime on Saturdays. The workspace consists of long tables where you can choose to sit or stand while assembling kits and performing labeling and packaging tasks. The environment is fast-paced and productivity-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. You may listen to music while working, but personal phones must be put away at all times, as phone usage is considered a major violation. Attendance, punctuality, and clear communication are highly important. Job Description The Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in preparing, labeling, and assembling at-home testing kits and related materials for shipment to customers. In this position, you manage and process customer orders, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, and support a fast-paced fulfillment and mailroom environment. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, meet productivity standards, and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to healthcare. Responsibilities

- Perform daily fulfillment tasks such as labeling, hand-assembling kits, recording and maintaining records, copying, printing, and other clerical duties using appropriate computer programs.
- Accurately label kits with patient information and verify that each kit is complete and correct before shipping to the customer.
- Fulfill mail orders while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
- Pull the correct product for each customer and ensure it is placed in the appropriate box with the correct label.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements when handling sensitive data such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Manage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders, including those associated with Medicare and Medicaid services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on order fulfillment processing and act as a key resource to sales and other internal teams.
- Partner with other functions to resolve or escalate issues that may prevent on-time order fulfillment.
- Track all orders using delivery and tracking software to ensure accurate and timely shipment.
- Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers, including sorting and organizing packages and envelopes.
- Use scanning equipment to capture and record information about packages and shipments.
- Create and print shipping labels for outgoing packages and ensure they are applied correctly.
- Support general mailroom activities such as opening, filing, sorting, and organizing mail as needed.
- Assist with inventory-related tasks, including tracking materials used for kit assembly and fulfillment.
- Work flexibly across fulfillment, kit creation, and lab-side tasks as volume and demand require.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding attendance, workload, and any issues impacting fulfillment.
- Adhere to all workplace policies, including data privacy, safety, and productivity expectations.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
