We are searching for a BSA Analyst I who can deliver awesome ! Are YOU our newest team member? You could be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!

Expected Job Duties Include:

- Oversee record keeping, processing and reporting of Currency Transaction Reports

- Monitoring of Member Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements

- Review daily assigned reports

- Process all incoming and outgoing requests for information sharing with other financial institutions per OFAC regulations

- Investigate alerts and suspicious activities detected in our Financial Crimes Management platform

- Complete OFAC and 314a verifications

- Ensure required recordkeeping, processing and reporting of all suspicious activity, complete SAR narratives as needed

- Assist in coordinating responses to regulatory BSA/AML examinations, audits and actions taken to ensure deficiencies are corrected.

- Attend regulatory training, seminars or conferences and read periodicals to maintain current knowledge in all facets of BSA

- Work with the Human Resources & Training department to coordinate BSA/OFAC training for new hires and required annual training to credit union personnel

- Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements Include:

- Prior BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) experience

- Must have strong analytical/investigative skills and the ability to make sound recommendations

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines as assigned

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment

- Strong attention to detail with proven record of accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
