Are you looking to get your foot in the door of the skilled trades but don’t know where to start?

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Inspection Runner to join our electrical and plumbing team in Manassas, VA. No electrical or plumbing experience is required. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the trades, gain industry experience, and eventually advance into an Electrical or Plumbing Apprenticeship .

What You’ll Do

As an Inspection Runner, you will support our service and installation teams by helping coordinate and complete electrical and plumbing inspection-related tasks throughout our service area.

Responsibilities include:

- Traveling to job sites for scheduled electrical and plumbing inspections
- Meeting county or city inspectors at customer homes and job sites
- Providing access to completed work requiring inspection
- Communicating inspection results back to our office and field teams
- Helping ensure required paperwork and job information are available
- Taking photos and documenting inspection results when needed
- Communicating professionally with customers, inspectors, technicians, and office staff
- Helping technicians and the operations team with additional field-related tasks as needed
- Learning electrical and plumbing terminology, equipment, codes, and processes along the way

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Location

This position is based in Manassas, Virginia . Because this role requires regular travel to and from our Manassas location and local job sites, we strongly prefer candidates who live in Manassas or within approximately 30 minutes of Manassas .
