About Our Family
We are a busy, loving household in Atlanta with three young children and two very friendly dogs. With little ones at different ages and stages, our home is full of energy, laughter, and plenty of activity. Life is full, and we love it. .
We care deeply about the way our home looks, feels, and functions. We believe that when things are organized, systems are working, and the everyday details are taken care of, it gives us more space to be present with one another and enjoy our time as a family.
We’re looking for someone who understands that household management is about more than completing a list of tasks. It’s noticing what needs attention, staying one step ahead, creating and maintaining systems, and taking ownership of the details that can otherwise pile up.
Ultimately, we’d love to find someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy home and can become a trusted, proactive presence in our household — someone who will learn how our family operates, take genuine ownership of their role, and help create a little more breathing room in our day-to-day lives.
Who You Are / What We Are Looking For
You are the kind of person who walks into a room and naturally sees what needs to happen next. You don't need a checklist handed to you every morning. You notice the pile that's been sitting in the corner, you notice the laundry that needs to be folded and put away, and you take care of it without being asked. You have a genuine aesthetic sensibility; for you, organization isn't just about function, it's about how things look and feel. You understand that a well-kept, visually calm home is a gift to the people who live in it, and you take pride in that. You are confident in your work, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities without needing constant direction or reassurance.
You are warm and genuinely care about the families you work with, but you also understand the importance of professional boundaries and reading the room. You bring a calm, steady energy into the home — not someone who is anxious or overly chatty, but someone whose presence actually makes the household feel more at ease. You are comfortable around young children and friendly dogs, you are physically capable of the demands of the role (which includes moving items, accessing storage, and being on your feet), and you take your commitments seriously. Consistency, reliability, and professionalism are not just words to you; they are how you show up every day.
