POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Marketing Intern responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Marketing department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate and assist in the development and execution of brand and product marketing efforts
- Assist in the identification of new advertising opportunities and evaluate their performance
- Assist the Marketing Specialist with the company’s relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and suppliers
- Assist in social media and email marketing campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Specialist with special projects and assignments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe design creative suite and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Have ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and within a team effectively.
- Possess a strong sense of accountability and high work standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and details
- Must be able to work between 20-40 hours a week between 8 AM and 5 PM
