Position Overview
We’re looking for a hospitality ‑ driven Bartender/Server who thrives in a fast ‑ paced, design ‑ forward environment and enjoys cross ‑ training across both front ‑ of ‑ house roles. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, consistency, and creating memorable guest experiences — whether behind the bar or on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and intuitive service that reflects the Mulherin’s guest experience
- Cross ‑ train and work seamlessly as both a bartender and server depending on business needs
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non ‑ alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well ‑ stocked bar and service station
- Guide guests through menu offerings, including wood ‑ fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and seasonal dishes
- Collaborate with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support opening, closing, and shift ‑ change procedures
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture
Qualifications
- Previous bartending and/or serving experience in a high ‑ volume or elevated dining environment
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest ‑ engagement skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat during busy service
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for hospitality
- Must have weekend availability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Working Conditions/Environment:
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
