Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina is seeking a year-round Marine Travel Lift Operator.

We are seeking someone with experience hauling, launching, and handling boats. Primary responsibilities include operating boat-handling equipment such as hydraulic boat trailers, forklifts, yard cranes, and Marine Travel Lifts.
Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting, climbing, carrying, and other physical tasks associated with boatyard operations. A strong awareness of surroundings and consistent safe work practices are required at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience hauling and handling boats
- Valid Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License, Class 3A
- Experience operating Marine Travel Lifts and other boat-handling equipment
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors year-round
