Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $55,500 to $83,300. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to inquiries within departmental service mailboxes.

- Support the administration of the US employee referral program (ERP) via BI’s employee referral platform, including the initiation of employee referral payments, validation of referral activity and responding to employee inquiries related to employee referral topics from the service mailbox.

- Support niche job board postings using departmental purchase card upon request, the creation of purchase orders as necessary for departmental spend and processing of departmental invoices.

- Partner with Sr. AD TA Operations and TA Operations Manager in support of operations initiatives and projects.

- Upload newly created job profiles into the applicant tracking system library.

- Assist in the maintenance of talent acquisition documentation, share rooms and associated web sites.

- Support data/auditing and compliance initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

- Act as an expert system user for key TA technology platforms (i.e. Applicant Tracking System & CRM).

- Validate pre-employment verification requirements for external new hires in partnership with the recruitment team, coordinator service center and vendor partners as needed.

- Provide tactical and administrative support to Talent Acquisition via goals and objectives of the TA Operations team; includes technical system expertise, invoice/payment processing, service mailbox management.

- Adhereto all regulations and internal policies (OFCCP and all other applicable compliance standards).

- Support businesscontinuity across the United States, as it is responsible for ensuring a timely fulfillment of business units' open job requisitions.

- Moderate level of independent decision making as it pertains to delivering customer service to job candidates.

Requirements

- High school diploma required; 2 or 4 year college degree preferred

- 2 years of HR and recruiting coordination experience

- Proven experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools strongly preferred

- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels

- Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently

- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition, as well as strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and technological (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) skills.

- Ability to work well in a team, proactively anticipate needs, and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
