Join our team as a Senior Director, Oracle Cloud Delivery and Architecture and lead the global delivery, architecture, and transformation of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP while partnering with business leaders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Finance architecture, delivery, and implementation efforts
✅ Drive finance transformation initiatives and technology strategy
✅ Serve as the primary technology partner to System Integrators (SI)
✅ Provide governance, quality oversight, and program leadership
✅ Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and executive stakeholders
✅ Ensure successful adoption, optimization, and operational excellence of Oracle Cloud solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and financial systems leadership.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with deep knowledge of Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Demonstrated success in multi-country Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion implementations.
- Proven success in migrating from legacy systems (Navision, PeopleSoft) to Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, including APIs, OIC, data migration, and security frameworks.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Architecture and Financials.
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country financial compliance.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps, and cloud-native design principles.
