Foreign Trade Specialist

1. Foreign Trade Operations

Coordinate foreign trade activities related to import and export processes across the region.

Ensure proper execution of international logistics operations in compliance with local and international customs regulations.

Act as the focal point for complex customs situations supporting operational teams.

2. International Logistics Systems

Act as the focal point for ILS (International Logistics System) ensuring proper tracking and tracing of international shipments.

Ensure shipment visibility and support operational teams in monitoring international logistics flows.

3. Process Governance

Maintain and update foreign trade procedures and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal corporate standards.

Ensure the correct implementation of foreign trade processes across the region.

4. Certification & Compliance Initiatives

Lead and support international trade certification initiatives , including the implementation and maintenance of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification in South America.

Ensure compliance with customs authorities and international trade standards.

5. Trade Process Implementation

Coordinate the implementation of regulatory changes related to foreign trade operations.

Lead the implementation and monitoring of DUIMP (Declaração Única de Importação) in Brazil.

6. Process Improvement & Tools

Develop and maintain internal tools to support international logistics operations, including the Freight Calculator for internal freight quotations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the foreign trade and logistics processes.

7. Performance & KPI Monitoring

Support the analysis and monitoring of foreign trade and logistics KPIs , identifying improvement opportunities that impact delivery performance and operational efficiency.

8. External Stakeholder Management

Maintain direct coordination with customs brokers, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure visibility of regulatory updates and compliance with foreign trade legislation.
