About this role
We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused and solutions-oriented HR Consultant to provide trusted HR support and guidance to managers and employees, while driving the effective delivery of HR processes and initiatives. The role will support key areas including employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee wellness, engagement and HR reporting, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT: Fluency in South African Sign Language (SASL) is required. The successful candidate must be hearing and able to sign and interpret communication in SASL effectively.
