Teton Petroleum Transport (TPT) is currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver. This role will load, haul, and deliver fuel for our customers in the Denver, CO area . Our drivers are usually home every day with limited over the road deliveries. The Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package and has newer equipment.
The Fuel Transport Driver will primarily be focused on:
- Drive to and from loading and delivery locations
- Load and unload Fuel
- Complete required delivery paperwork
- Follow all company and DOT safety requirements
- Ensure truck, trailer and associated equipment are clean and in good working order.
- Report any incidents or mechanical issues immediately to management
Qualifications
The preferred candidate for the Fuel Transport Driver will have the following:
- One or more years tanker experience and/or two or more years' experience over the road.
- Possess a valid Class A CDL
- Able to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Able to obtain other FMCSA endorsements as required by the Company.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to drive for extended periods of time.
- Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to push or pull equipment, hoses, and other items.
- Able to move about loading, unloading, and customer sites to complete responsibilities.
