Brindar soporte a nivel de infraestructura, instalación y configuración de diversos programas que se ajusten a las necesidades de la organización para garantizar mejoras en los procesos internos de las áreas a nivel de Perú y si es requerido en otras oficinas ALS LS LATAM.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:
- Brindar soporte helpdesk de manera inside y remota.
- Garantizar el funcionamiento adecuado de los servidores.
- Garantizar que el datacenter cumpla con las condiciones adecuadas para su correcto funcionamiento.
- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de backup del fileserver.
- Gestionar el directorio activo para la creación, adición y eliminación de usuario según la necesidad.
- Determinar y establecer las características de los prototipos de los equipos de cómputos para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los usuarios.
- Realizar mantenimiento correctivo y/o generar diagnósticos para el reemplazo de los equipos de cómputo.
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de cómputo que se encuentran conectados directamente a equipos instrumentales.
- Gestionar la programación del mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de renting.
