Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and non-medical care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with errands and transportation as needed
- Follow each client’s care plan
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Encourage independence, dignity, and comfort

- $15–$18 per hour — final rate determined at orientation

✅ Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Must meet applicable company requirements
