Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every customer. Youll work alongside a knowledgeable team in a well quipped shop, with opportunities for training and advancement.

What Youll Do

- Examine vehicles and accurately diagnose mechanical issues

- Communicate repairs needs with the shop foreman and services advisor

- Complete thorough documentation and repair stories for each job

- Mentor technician trainees and attend factory and company training

- Stay current with technical bulletins and manufacturers updates

- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and environmental standards

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of hand-on automotive repair experience

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED

- Valid Operator Drivers License

- Valid State Inspection License

- Ability to work assigned shifts, including Saturdays if required

- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing physical shop work

- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
