About this role
This position is responsible for:
Drives vans or trucks (Non-DOT) to assigned locations for Corps/Area Command Christmas Angel Tree program donations and gifts and/or Christmas Kettle program transportation of bell ringers to designated worksites; ensures the safety, security and accountability of the vehicle and donations at all times.
Key Responsibilities

- Drives vans to transport bells ringers to kettle work sites and picks up bell ringers at designated work site back to Corps or Area Command locations.
- Drives vans or trucks (Non-DOT) to and from assigned locations to pick up gifts and take to the Christmas warehouse and/or Corps; organizes schedule pick-ups by most direct route to arrive at destinations according to schedule.
- Drives vans or trucks (Non-DOT) to homes, agencies, churches and any other designated location to pick up gifts, stockings, etc. for delivery to the Corps.
- Drives vans or trucks (Non-DOT) to and from Drive-thru and/or drop-off events at Malls or other assigned locations.
- Maintains cleanliness of truck and/or van inside and outside.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outside with exposure to changes in weather and outdoor conditions including dirt, dust and/or disagreeable sights and odors.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED, and
- Minimum of two years driving experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Texas Drivers License
