Project Context and Scope

Consultoría de categoría tipo A, para brindar apoyo a la Dirección de Derechos Humanos, Género e Inclusión del Ministerio de Salud Pública y OIM en el seguimiento y gestión de las actividades desarrolladas en el marco del proyecto de “Fortalecimiento de la prevención, protección y gobernanza en la respuesta contra la trata de personas en Ecuador”, contribuyendo a la implementación de los productos previstos y la articulación entre el MSP y la OIM para el cumplimiento de los resultados previstos en el plazo de la presente contratación.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

- Título de tercer nivel en Salud Pública, Medicina, Enfermería, Psicología, Trabajo Social, Sociología, Ciencias Sociales, Derecho, Relaciones Internacionales o áreas afines.
Deseable formación de cuarto nivel en Salud Pública, Gestión de Proyectos, Derechos Humanos, Género, Políticas Públicas o áreas relacionadas.

Experience

- Mínimo tres años de experiencia profesional en instituciones públicas, organismos internacionales, organizaciones no gubernamentales o proyectos de cooperación internacional.
Experiencia en apoyo técnico, seguimiento o implementación de políticas públicas, programas o proyectos del sector salud.
Experiencia en coordinación interinstitucional y trabajo con instituciones gubernamentales.
Experiencia en elaboración de informes técnicos, seguimiento de indicadores y sistematización de información.
Se valorará experiencia en temas de trata de personas, violencia basada en género, protección, derechos humanos, movilidad humana o inclusión social.

Skills

- Capacidad para elaborar y revisar documentos técnicos.
Capacidad de organización, seguimiento y monitoreo de actividades.
Conocimiento del funcionamiento del sector público y del Sistema Nacional de Salud.
Habilidad para gestionar información y dar seguimiento a compromisos institucionales.
Excelente capacidad de redacción y síntesis.
Manejo de Microsoft Office 365, especialmente Excel, Word y PowerPoint.

Notes

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
