What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

- Clinical Assisting: Assist orthodontists during clinical procedures, taking digital impressions, X-rays, and managing patient care workflows with precise attention to detail.
- Patient Communication: Welcome patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and provide thorough post-treatment instructions to ensure a great patient experience.
- Administrative & Scheduling Support: Handle administrative tasks, manage patient records accurately, schedule follow-ups, and keep inventory organized.
- Team Collaboration & Safety: Work closely with colleagues in a fun, collaborative environment, maintaining strict adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

- Experience: Prior customer service, medical, or dental front office experience is highly preferred, but zero prior clinical assisting experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!
- Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
