Lead the kitchen team and ensure food quality, food safety, labor control, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Control food cost (goal 37%)
• Schedule and manage labor
• Train and develop team members
• Maintain food safety standards
• Order and manage inventory
• Ensure buffet quality and freshness
• Assist with hiring and coaching
Requirements
• 1-3 years restaurant leadership experience
• Ability to lead a team
• Strong food safety knowledge
• Reliable transportation
• Nights and weekends as needed
