About the Opportunity:

Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established gastroenterology practice in Olympia, Washington. You'll become part of a collaborative team of 11 gastroenterologists and 9 APPs , with the clinical support and resources to focus on what matters most—providing excellent care to your patients.

This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in gastroenterology while enjoying the balance of a 4-day workweek . Our APPs are valued members of the clinical team, managing outpatient GI patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working closely with physicians and fellow APPs in a highly collaborative practice environment.

Whether you're bringing GI experience or looking to further develop your expertise in the specialty, you'll have access to dedicated physician leadership, GI-specific training and resources, and the support of a nationally recognized gastroenterology organization.

- 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts

- 14–16 patient encounters per day

- Outpatient consults and follow-up care

- Collaborative team of 11 gastroenterologists and 9 APPs

Candidate Requirements:

- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington

- National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority

- Minimum of 1 year of APP experience required
