We seek a dynamic individual to fill the position of Operational Manager for the unit. The Operational Manager provides daily operational and administrative support to the supervisor. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing procurement processes, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring the unit runs smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks are necessary for the role. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Manage daily unit operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Respond to staff inquiries and escalate essential issues to the Director and/or Supervisor when necessary.
Assist with developing, planning, and implementing policies as directed by leadership.
Collaborate with the Director and/or Supervisor to ensure operational consistency across all shifts.
Coordinate staff responsibilities and ensure all work meets quality and compliance requirements.
Process and manage payroll documentation, including timecards and leave requests.
Maintained accurate inventory records and coordinated the procurement of supplies for the unit.
Manage staff scheduling and organizing patient programming calendars.
Conduct regular chart audits in Carelogic and prepare weekly documentation compliance reports for the Director and/or Supervisor review.
Monitor facility cleanliness standards and ensure staff and patient duties are completed.
Document operational issues and compile staff-related incidents for disciplinary review and action.
Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership.
Support the Director and/or Supervisor in managing the unit's operations by coordinating staff activities and overseeing the quality of work. Lead unit operations in the absence of the Director and/or Supervisor.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
A bachelors degree in administration or a related field and three (3) years of experience in a similar position are required.
Required is Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) certification.
Experience :
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or related experience in a medical or behavioral health setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in office administration and operational support.
Additional Requirements :
A valid driver's license and proof of insurability are required.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Most of the work for this position is performed in an office setting.
