ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Fixture Coordinator to join our Property team on a 12-month contract. Drawing on your knowledge of global logistics, you'll support new and existing store fit-outs by coordinating international and domestic suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure fixture orders are delivered on time and in full.
In this role, you'll manage fixture purchase orders, oversee end-to-end logistics planning, and track deliveries to sites across our global network. Working closely with Project Managers and Fixture Warehouses, you'll help ensure the right fixtures are ordered, shipped, and delivered to meet project timelines. If you're highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, we'd love to hear from you.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in global logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with systems such as RMS, WP, Google Docs, and Toll (or similar)
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritise competing deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating shipping timelines and deliveries to meet project deadlines
