About this role
# About The Role
As the Program Manager, Employee Experience, you are the creative producer, event architect, and visual activation engine behind our company culture and employee engagement. In this role, you will bridge corporate, retail, and operational teams to foster an informed, connected, and inspired workforce.
You will partner cross-functionally with leaders, People Team members, and subject matter experts across the business to gather raw ideas, refine and polish messaging, and package it into compelling, accessible formats. You will take full ownership of our flagship company-wide newsletter, end-to-end event execution (Town Halls, All-Hands, cultural milestones), on-brand graphic design activations, channel governance, and LinkedIn employer branding amplification. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a proactive producer who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment.
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Event Production & Cultural Programming: Own the end-to-end creative concept, run-of-show logistics, slide deck formatting, speaker prep, and live technical execution for company-wide meetings (All-Hands, Town Halls, Fireside Chats). Conceptualize and produce interactive cultural moments, employee appreciation weeks, and ERG milestones.
- Company-Wide Newsletter & Content Packaging: Own the end-to-end layout, visual design, and distribution of our recurring company-wide newsletter. Partner with department leads and project owners across the business to source updates, refine raw content for tone and clarity, and package it into engaging, scannable digests.
- Graphic Activations & Visual Assets: Design on-brand presentation decks, digital signage, Slack banners, visual toolkits, infographics, and bite-sized multimedia assets (GIFs, short video recaps using Descript/Canva) to make company-wide updates visually compelling and digestible.
- Collaborative Content Refining & Storytelling: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help refine, edit, and optimize announcements and talking points, ensuring communications are clear and aligned with company voice.
- Employer Brand, LinkedIn & Glassdoor Amplification: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to translate internal wins, culture spotlights, and employee milestones into engaging LinkedIn posts and employer profile updates (e.g., LinkedIn Life pages, Glassdoor employer branding) that elevate our reputation and strengthen talent attraction.
- Channel Governance & Measurement: Partner with business leads to govern Slack channels and internal hubs, reducing information noise across corporate and frontline teams while tracking readership and event engagement metrics.
