Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Business Support IV, you will perform advanced secretarial functions, including preparing complex reports, spreadsheets, and graphs, while managing comprehensive office support to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Every day you will screen, refer, and reply to telephone inquiries, greet and direct visitors, handle mail, maintain intricate file and record systems, and prioritize your tasks and responsibilities directly with the department director, often involving project work assignments.

To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced secretarial skills, exceptional organizational and planning abilities, a keen eye for detail in complex reports, and the capacity to work independently on moderately complex assignments.

- Position consistently uses a variety of software, prepares routine and complex reports, graphs, memos, manuals, policies, and procedures documents, etc.

- Schedules director’s appointments, coordinates meetings, agenda materials, makes appropriate room and AV arrangements, and takes minutes as requested.

- Responsible for ordering departmental supplies, processing requisitions and purchase orders to maintain an adequate level to allow for normal departmental functioning.

- Stays current with all contracts for Outreach Clinics as well as Telemedicine.

- Prioritizes multiple department tasks and projects to ensure they are completed in the required time frame.

- Able to deal with multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

Required

- High School Diploma/G.E.D.

- Four (4) years or more of advanced secretarial experience
