Mill Creek Country Club, located in Mill Creek, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Experience Required
- College Degree (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Golf Operations
- Must have fundamental knowledge and familiarity for the game of golf and rules of golf
- Candidates must be motivated to continue to learn and develop
- Maintain or currently working toward PGA of America membership in good standing in an active classification
- Knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations
- Fundamental supervisory practices and principles
- Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with desire to promote and market
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Experienced in written and oral business communications
- Experienced computer user including; Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in other applications, i.e. email, internet, golf genius and database
- Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
- If not a PGA Member, actively pursue PGA membership (if a PGA Associate) in a timely manner through the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGA PGM) program

- Instructional Income: $80/hour lesson fee DOE
