About the role & what we look for

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our professional team within the sales division, reporting to Technical & Commercial Support Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and external sales colleagues to deliver customer care for your responsible region, administer order handling and order management, managing and supporting customers’ commercial needs, coordinate and support stock availability to ensure on-time delivery, manage customer complaints and customer returns, and support RFQ’s.

You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, be able to represent the company professionally, and have confidence in your ability to develop long-term business relationships from your support role.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience and/or in-service experience gained within an industrial office setting dealing with customers and products. You will have a sound knowledge of ERP & CRM software, and be confident in the use of Microsoft office tools.
