Position Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, amenities, and facilities to meet our 5-star standards. This role will also support resort operations by managing deliveries and assisting with event setup, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and guests.

Performance Objectives

- Clean, sanitize, and stock resort restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Maintain washers and dryers, including surface cleaning and lint removal.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff floors as needed.
- Clean windows, screens, and ledges; ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all offices; empty trash containers regularly.
- Receive and organize deliveries of food, beverages, and retail items.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of resort events and activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or defective equipment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

- High school diploma or GED
- Must be hardworking, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work
- Experience with event setup or logistics is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety measures required when using various cleaning chemicals

Physical Requirements

- Constantly Stand, Walk, and use hands
- Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and indoor/outdoor environments.
