About this role

What You Will Own

Brand Aesthetic Standards

- Hold the final aesthetic bar on all creative before it reaches a customer, asking whether it is actually on-brand, not just on-brief.

- Lead the review and iteration cycle, weighing feedback from brand-side creative directors against Adora's own standards.

- Translate each brand's visual identity and creative direction principles into standards Adora's AI tooling can consistently produce against.

- Serve as the escalation point whenever a brand's aesthetic integrity is in question.

Creative Director Partnership

- Serve as the direct creative counterpart to creative directors at Adora's flagship enterprise accounts, the person they call when something doesn't look right.

- Build durable relationships with brand-side creative and creative direction teams across Adora's highest-profile partnerships.

- Join customer meetings as the aesthetic and creative-direction point of contact, alongside Account Managers and leadership.

Customer Enablement & Brand Partnership

- Lead onboarding for brand and creative direction teams adopting Adora, teaching them how to creative-direct through AI rather than around it.

- Build enablement resources, including prompting guides, brand-specific style references, and worked examples, that let creative directors steward their own brand inside Adora's tooling.

Sales Enablement Creative

- Produce sample creative for top-tier prospect brands that demonstrates range across aesthetics, not just output volume.

- Partner with Sales on pitch creative, turning briefs around within sales cycle timelines.

- Help define creative tiering for prospect and pitch requests.

Brand Playbooks & Prompting Systems

- Turn each account's aesthetic standards into documented, repeatable prompting playbooks other people can execute against.

- Set the creative brief standard the Creative Ops team briefs contractors against.

Product Feedback

- Feed what you see across brands back to Product and Engineering: where the tooling helps creative direction translate cleanly, and where it doesn't.

What You Will Bring

- A track record in creative direction or brand stewardship for enterprise brands, whether agency, in-house, or studio, with real experience translating brand guidelines into executed work.

- Strong aesthetic judgment across diverse brand identities, and the taste to know when something is technically correct but wrong for the brand.

- Deep fluency with AI creative production, or a demonstrated ability to master a proprietary AI system quickly and turn it into standards other people can follow.

- Real presence with senior client-side stakeholders, including creative directors and brand leads, with the ability to present creative, absorb feedback, and hold a point of view in the room.

- Comfort with AI-native tools and technical workflows, including prompting and data-informed quality review.

- Experience setting a standard for others' output and reviewing work against it.

Nice to Have

- Formal design education, or a background as a brand designer or creative director.

- Experience inside an AI-native or fast-scaling studio.

- Light scripting or API familiarity.

What Success Looks Like

- Creative on flagship accounts reads as unmistakably on-brand, with high creative-director satisfaction and low rework rates.

- Brand playbooks and prompting standards are documented and adopted across the team without you in the loop on every piece.

- Enterprise brand and creative direction teams can steward their own brand inside Adora's tooling using your enablement materials.

- High-stakes pitch creative contributes directly to winning new enterprise accounts.
