Better. Together. is looking for a Clinical Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership across our Wagga Wagga & Young hubs.

Better. Together. is a free mental health service for people aged 18 and over across the Murrumbidgee region.

We believe better mental health care happens when services work together, not separately. Our multidisciplinary teams work alongside general practices to provide care that is tailored to each person from clinical interventions and peer support through to care coordination, service navigation, social prescribing and group programs.

Our approach is person-centred, recovery-oriented and focused on the whole person. We work with participants, GPs and the wider service system to support mental, physical, social and emotional wellbeing.

Where you come in

As Clinical Team Leader , you will be a visible and hands-on leader within the service by support the day-to-day operations of the clinical workforce and helping your team navigate complex situations, make sound clinical decisions and deliver safe, high-quality care.

Working closely with the Service & GP Partnerships Manager and Service Team Leaders, you will help turn organisational priorities into meaningful day-to-day practice. You'll also play an important role in bringing our clinical, peer and psychosocial teams together so they can work effectively alongside participants, families, carers and the wider care network.

You will maintain a clinical caseload , providing therapeutic interventions directly to participants while also supporting the capability, confidence and development of your team.

You will also need:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration or accreditation, at the level required for that discipline – refer to position description for detailed list
- Demonstrated experience leading frontline teams and coordinating daily operations, including responding to changing service priorities.
- Right to work in Australia
- 100 points of ID
- Valid Driver Licence and willingness to travel
- Satisfactory National Police Record Check
- International Police Check (if appliable)
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality Safety and You
