Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments for our luxury Volvo clientele, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and address any changes or special requests.
- Confirmation: Verify appointment details and communicate with clients to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their service visit.
- Glitch Recovery: Handle any scheduling issues or glitches with a keen eye for detail, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling unexpected issues.
