You will drive high-impact digital campaigns that grow MEC’s programs, ventures and entrepreneurial community. This hands-on role brings together paid media, content, email marketing, web and analytics to improve audience acquisition, engagement and conversion."

What you will deliver:

- Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns for MEC recruitment, events and community initiatives across paid and organic channels.

- This hands-on role brings together paid media, content, email marketing, web and analytics to improve audience acquisition, engagement and conversion.

- Create compelling digital content, assets and storytelling that showcase MEC programs, founders, researchers and ventures.

- Design and maintain website and landing pages with strong UX, accessibility, SEO and conversion performance.

- Track, analyse and report campaign performance, testing and iterating to improve reach, engagement and conversion.

- Build and optimise email campaigns, audience segments, automated nurture journeys and participant communications.

- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to deliver high-quality work on time and in line with MEC and University brand standards.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Have strong hands-on experience setting up and managing paid media campaigns, including targeting, budgets, testing and optimisation.

- Create high-quality written and visual content for social media, paid advertising, email and web.

- Use analytics and tracking tools to interpret results, prepare clear reports and improve campaign performance.

- Have experience managing website and landing-page content, email marketing, audience segmentation and automated journeys.

- Organise competing priorities effectively and deliver multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Build productive stakeholder relationships and confidently coordinate external suppliers or agencies.
