BAE Systems' Model Based Engineering Capability Group (MBE CG) is on a mission to transform the industry with cutting-edge Model Based Engineering (MBE) and Digital Engineering (DE) practices. We're seeking a visionary engineer to join our team and help propel this revolution forward.

As a key player in our MBE CG, you'll be responsible for championing the rollout of Jama Connect as the preferred requirements management tool across the Electronic Systems (ES) sector. You will be tasked with implementation of best practices, developing training, and onboarding programs that have traditionally used DOORS Classic as their preferred tool.

This role’s responsibilities will require you to:

- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to contribute to the development of Jama Connect training materials and company best practices
- Utilize your knowledge of requirements management processes, practices, and tools to solve complex technical problems
- Guide a program in their total requirements management activities

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field and 6+ years experience in Systems Engineering or Masters Degree in STEM field and 4+ years experience in Systems Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience managing requirements and developing strategies using requirements management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- 1+ years of experience using Jama Connect
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to contribute to the development of Jama training materials, best practices, and processes, and guide programs in their requirements management activities.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in defining data schemas
- Experience in developing Velocity templates
- Experience with MagicDraw/Cameo and DOORS Classic
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and task management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Classroom and on-the-job teaching experience
- EW Experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
