Location: New York, NY (In-office, 5 days a week)

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking a multi-disciplined Graphic Designer who can help solve creative problems and deliver top quality visuals with marketing channels and communication in mind. This candidate is resourceful, responsive, and eager to get the job done with a strong passion for music, artists and culture.

As a member of the Roc Nation’s core Creative Marketing and Design Teams you will work closely with all other departments; Music Management, Music Label, Philanthropy, Sports Marketing, Digital Media, Social and Experiential.  * In order to be considered for this role, your resume must include a direct link to your portfolio.*

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and production of graphic assets, image creation, typography and designs alongside the Art Director and Graphic Design Team
- Assist in creating and producing advertising, marketing and all collateral materials
- Conceptualize, execute, and design digital and physical assets for each assigned project, including; social & digital assets, key art concepts for integrated campaigns, print
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, brand and artist marketing to fulfill asset needs
- Work within design systems and visual identities
- Contribute innovative ideas to help solve design problems & further shape the Roc Nation brand
- Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of in-house work experience required
- BA in Graphic Design
- Extensive knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After InDesign, Effects)
- Genuine interest in commercial arts and the entertainment industry
- An excellent grasp of digital design and user experience principles
- A solid understanding of responsive design, with a focus on mobile devices
- A positive attitude and keen team player with ability to communicate needs in a productive way
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
- Must be extremely organized and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once
- Basic understanding of the Roc Nation brand, all subsequent verticals, and partner companies

The expected compensation for this position is:

$70,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
