Provide a welcoming, enjoyable experience by demonstrating exceptional guest service. Accurately process all monetary transactions in the Cage involving cash, coin, tickets, and gaming chips according to department policy and procedure.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the security of casino assets, able to ensure absolute confidentiality concerning financial information regarding guests and PCCH.
- Accountable for all monetary transactions and currency exchanges with guests and other departmental Team Members.
- Expected to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and maintain professionalism throughout each interaction.
- Ensure the accuracy of monetary amounts and documentation included for all Slot Jackpot payouts, TITO ticket redemption, Gaming Chip redemption, Table Game Fills/Credits, Sportsbook payouts and for the payout of all promotional cash prizes.
- Accountable to the highest degree for absolute compliance with all BSA regulations, including Title 31 cash recording and reporting, in accordance with federal law.
- Gain familiarity with various software programs and PC applications used for processing monetary transactions and Vault inventory movements.
- Ensure daily verbal and written communications with departmental Team Members.
- Participate in the training of new team members and contribute to team dynamic.
- Follow instruction provided by the Cage/Vault Supervisor on duty or Manager and assist in duties including verification of ATM/Kiosk cassettes, bank deposits and with Drop and Count operations if needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the Cage/Vault Supervisor on duty or Manager.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Accurate cash handling involving large transactions and good mathematical skills are required.
- Six months to one-year cash-handling experience required.
- Basic computer experience is preferred.
- Ability to uphold complete confidentiality is required.
- Must display professionalism when representing PCCH.
- Must work well with people, possess excellent guest service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy is required.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is necessary.
