About the role
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Manager – Customer Marketing, you’ll bring TWE’s brands to life through impactful customer activations across national, independent and on-premise channels. You’ll combine a strong creative approach to process and project management led thinking with commercial acumen, leading projects from planning through to execution while partnering with Sales, Brand, Category and external agencies.
Key Duties:
- Deliver customer activations across national, independent and on-premise channels
- Manage projects from planning through to execution across brands and customers
- Partner with Sales, Brand and Category teams to deliver activation plans
- Manage budgets, forecasts and spend to maximise effectiveness and ROI
- Coordinate agencies and partners to deliver POS and merchandising programs
- Use shopper and customer insights to shape compelling activations
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI
Who we’re looking for
You’re an organized, collaborative marketer who can balance competing priorities, build strong relationships and turn great ideas into action.
You will bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience in customer, shopper or trade marketing, ideally in FMCG
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts and marketing investment
- A collaborative relationship builder who can influence diverse stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with the ability to turn insights into effective activations
- A creative problem solver who can bring ideas to life with executional excellence
- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environment
