本ポジションは、Sr. Director, Head of Partner Alliance and Programs Japan直属として、日本におけるチャネルおよびアライアンスパートナーとのビジネス拡大・関係強化・成果創出を担います。

主な担当領域は以下の4つです。

ディストリビューターおよびリセラー システムインテグレーター（SIer） ISV（独立系ソフトウェアベンダー）　クラウドサービスプロバイダー（CSP） パートナーとの戦略的な協業を通じて、ビジネス成長の実現と市場機会の最大化を推進していただきます。

主な職務内容

• パートナービジネス責任者および営業チームと連携し、日本市場におけるパートナー戦略および事業計画を策定する

• 年間事業計画に対する進捗管理および定期的なレポーティングを行う • データに基づくアプローチでビジネスプランニングおよび業績分析を推進する

• 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら事業計画の実現をリードする

• 関係者との協業を通じてWin-Winのビジネスモデルを構築する

• 以下のパートナーライフサイクル全般を推進する

• グローバルおよび各地域のパートナービジネス責任者とベストプラクティスを共有し、継続的な業務改善を推進する

応募資格

必須要件

• SAPとの協業経験および　※SAP営業出身者が望ましい。

• エンタープライズソフトウェア業界における営業およびマネジメント経験

直接販売（Direct Sales）、間接販売（Indirect Sales / Channel Sales） の双方の経験を有すること

• パートナーおよび自社の経営層と協業しながら、戦略立案・実行を推進できること • 現状にとらわれず、新しい発想で課題解決や事業成長を実現した実績

• 論理的分析力と優れた意思決定能力を有し、複雑な課題解決に取り組めること

• 優れたプレゼンテーション能力、コミュニケーション能力、および交渉力を有すること

• 社内外の関係者への影響力を活用して成果を創出できること

• 業務プロセスの標準化やコンプライアンス遵守への高い意識を持つこと

• 日本語および英語による高いコミュニケーション能力 歓迎要件

• SAPのビジネス経験

• Microsoft、AWS、Googleなの大手ソフトウェア／クラウドベンダーとの協業経験

• チャネルビジネス、アライアンスビジネス、パートナーエコシステムに関する深い知識と経験

• 日本市場における主要SIerおよびクラウドパートナーとのネットワーク
