We're looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to play a pivotal role in accelerating AI adoption across the business. You'll work closely with teams across GBST to identify high-impact opportunities, support the rollout of new AI capabilities, build AI knowledge and confidence, and help ensure our AI initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes. What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, business focused role where you'll help shape how AI is adopted across GBST. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll drive AI initiatives from idea to implementation, promote responsible AI practices, and build the capability that empowers our teams to get the most from AI.
Drive AI Adoption & Business Value
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities.
- Help teams turn ideas into practical solutions by supporting business cases, proof of concepts and implementation plans.
- Champion the adoption of approved AI tools, reusable assets and best practices across the organisation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for AI use cases, tool onboarding and MCP requests.
Enable Responsible AI
- Coordinate AI governance, risk assessment and approval processes.
- Support compliance with AI policies, privacy requirements and responsible AI principles.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with security, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain governance documentation, reporting and registers.
Build AI Capability
- Coordinate and deliver engaging AI training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Create practical resources such as guides, FAQs, prompt libraries and playbooks.
- Help build AI confidence and literacy across both technical and non-technical teams
We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience in driving AI adoption, change management, digital transformation and business enablement initiatives, who has the ability to translate AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Kiro or similar enterprise AI platforms, supported by a strong understanding of Responsible AI principles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience designing and delivering training, workshops, communications and adoption programs for diverse audiences.
- Experience working within governance, risk or regulated environments, with the ability to measure adoption outcomes, support AI governance processes and drive continuous improvement across multiple business functions.
