General Summary:

Major Responsibilities:

- Acts as the primary PMO interface between project teams, functional stakeholders, finance, and management.
- Drives structured communication, alignment on priorities, and timely escalation to support decision making
- Controls project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans.
- Identifies deviations early and coordinates mitigation actions with project and functional owners
- Establishes and enforces PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums.
- Ensures consistent, high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews.

Education/Experience Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material, Chemical), or Engineering Management
- Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment: PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
- Project management supporting product and process development
- Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 6+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 5+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field and 4+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.

• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
