CNC Programmer

Detailed Tasks:
- Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.
Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
- Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.
Via training and in-house efforts.
- Client uses Featurecam and Fusion and they just got ESPRIT - so the ability to leverage these tools is key.
- Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes.
Profile:
- 3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environment
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.
Featurecam, Fusion and/or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.
- Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.
- Compensation: DOE - $35-42/hr - $75-90K Range
