We're looking for a driven, high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves the challenge of connecting great talent with great opportunities. Supporting our national villages business, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and utility roles, partnering closely with leaders to deliver quality hires at speed.
Working within our pod-based recruitment model, you'll build talent pipelines, influence hiring decisions, provide market insights, and create an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume recruitment outcomes across your assigned portfolio, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.
- Uplift capability within your recruitment pod to support collaboration, consistency and best-practice recruitment outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide interview processes, selection criteria and candidate evaluation, enabling confident and informed hiring decisions.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback and proactive engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer negotiation, employment contract preparation and onboarding handover.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume positions, ensuring future workforce requirements can be met efficiently.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse trends and provide market insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with legislative requirements, company policies and operational objectives.
Key Competencies & Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within high-volume, blue-collar, hospitality, FIFO or operational environments.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build trusted partnerships.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting talent in competitive employment markets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and disciplined process management.
- A resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- High energy, initiative and accountability, with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed expectations.

Professional Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or previous working experience in the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
Experience
- Experience in human resources information systems (HRIS/Oracle).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, hospitality sector desirable.
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong time management and organisational ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
