Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Servers.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and client-side scripts.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Scripted REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods.
- Good understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Knowledge of CSM is a plus.
- ServiceNow certified CSA and/or CAD certification.
