About this role
Qualification
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, GCC Setup, Employee Lifecycle Management or Exit Management.
- Exposure to Oracle (Or kind of HR Application), SAP HR, ServiceNow or similar HRMS/ticketing platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of exit formalities, NDC, F&F settlement, employee data management, compliance, HR documentation, MIS/reporting, MS Excel and stakeholder coordination.
- Good communication, follow-up discipline, problem-solving ability, confidentiality and service orientation.
