Financial Planning Associate/Client Services Officer

About the role
This experienced CSO/Associate role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for work flexibility, passionate about working in the Financial Advice industry, and has a strong desire to primarily support our small, tight-knit team split between Brighton and StKilda.
In this role you will be responsible for performing the tasks that comprise the implementation and ongoing administration of clients’ financial strategies. Working closely with the Financial Advisor you will be required to:
- Provide quality service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage the implementations of new investments and insurance policies
- Maintain accurate data and records
- Produce client correspondence and reports
- Ensure all relevant processes, internal and external, are completed in a compliant and timely manner
- Flexible working hours may be available for the right person
Education Requirements
- Administration experience in Wealth management, Financial planning or finance
- Will have a moderate level of technical knowledge
Experience Requirements & Key Skills
- Will need excellent relationship management and administrative skills
- Has a sincere desire to assist clients with achieving their financial goals
- Will need great energy and be highly motivated to achieve growth and meet deadlines
- Has excellent people skills and able to network internally and externally to build relationships with our affiliated accountants, advisors and clients
- Ability to quickly learn the features & functionality of appropriate financial planning software & other business systems
