Make a real impact

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

- Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on:

- Data protection and privacy matters

- Intellectual property rights

- Technology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements

- Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including:

- GDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.)

- DORA  (ICT services agreements)

- DSA and AI Act .

- Preparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matters.

What you bring matters

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations)

- 2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:

- GDPR compliance

- DORA

- Digital Services Act (DSA)

- Consumer Protection Law

- Intellectual Property Law

- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

- Admission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece

- Excellent legal and business analytical skills

- Positivity, motivation and strong interpersonal skills

- A Master’s degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset
