Manager, Finance Supply Chain, EMEA

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role you will predominantly work closely with the logistics team and the Nike Direct teams. However, you will also have regular touchpoints with other functions, mainly in business planning and accounting.  You will report directly into the Finance Director Supply Chain EMEA. Your main stakeholders will be ELC, EHQ and global finance as well as business partners within distribution, transportation and other supporting functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced finance individual to support Nike’s supply chain as supply chain finance manager. The ability to run a complex portfolio, influence decision making and lead change will be key to success in this role, as well as displaying high levels of business partnering skills with senior leaders. The ideal candidate should possess leadership ability, strategic thinking, maturity, and finance acumen. While knowledge in supply chain is strongly preferred, it’s not a requirement. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join in this dynamic position with high exposure to EMEA senior leaders.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, giving you the foundation to turn numbers into business impact.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Finance Strategy, with a track record of influencing key business decisions.

- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Finance is a plus.

2. Hybrid working : 2 days/week home office, 3 days/week at the office

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help drive the supply chain cost to serve strategy for EMEA by bridging the gap between logistics and finance. You will advise and influence supply chain senior leadership on optimal fulfilment strategies and actively seek opportunities to improve. As part of this, you will play a crucial role in determining and rolling out our long-term network strategy in a multi-node environment and ensure deep understanding of the holistic impact of network related decisions. You will lead a limited team of (senior)analysts. Additionally, you will improve cost allocation on channel and account level to gain better understanding of channel/account profitability.

In this role you will also partner closely with Nike Direct teams (Retail and .com) to ensure the necessary insights are available to support month-end close and forecast cycles as well as long term strategic decision making.
