YOUR TASKS

- Supervising the exception handling process within the branch (claims and service disruptions)

- Coordinating the work of the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team)

- Minimizing the quality and financial impact of process-related issues

- Maintaining accurate documentation related to exceptions, disposal, and destruction processes

- Organizing official parcel opening procedures conducted by a designated committee

- Handling inquiries and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and couriers within the assigned scope to ensure the highest quality of service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
