The Role

At Kyndryl, we help leading IT organizations transform their operating models, improve performance, and evolve their practices to address new business and technology challenges.

We are looking for a Managing Consultant who can assess complex situations, define pragmatic transformation roadmaps, and support their implementation. Beyond frameworks and methodologies, success requires a strong consulting mindset: critical thinking, analytical skills, influential leadership, and a clear focus on outcomes.

Your Role

You will work with CIOs, CTOs, IT Operations Directors, and Executive Committees on large-scale modernization, performance improvement, and IT transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing IT organizations, governance, processes, and performance.
- Developing strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Designing Target Operating Models and evolving organizations around products, platforms, and services.
- Transforming IT practices using approaches such as ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile at scale.
- Defining performance indicators and effective management mechanisms.
- Engaging stakeholders and embedding the adoption of new ways of working.

Your Expertise

You have strong experience in several of the following areas:

- IT Operating Models and Organization Design
- IT Governance and Transformation
- IT Service Management and ITIL
- SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps
- Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
- Organizational Change Management

Candidate Profile

- Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT, including 6 years in a comparable role.
- Significant experience in management consulting and/or the transformation of a large IT organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Based in the Paris region, with mobility depending on client assignments.
- ITIL, SAFe, Cloud, SRE, or DevOps certifications are valued.
