What you’ll be doing...

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience in cloud infrastructure managed
- Three or more years of hands on experience Kubernetes or Red hat Open shift
- Must have operation support experience in handling on prem cloud infrastructure operations
- Good hands on experience in Customer handling, Ticket management , Stake holder management and troubleshooting
- Good hands on troubleshooting experience in Cloud environment including , compute, network and storage nodes
- Good exposure on Kubernetes Networking concepts
- Good exposure on Kubernetes storage operations, PVCs, Netapp or related storage technologies
- Able to work in weekly On call operations supporting every six to eight weeks interval

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Certification on CKA or Red hat Open shift certification
- Network function virtualization , Virtualization
- Telco infrastructure operations along with 5G enablement
- Worker node management
- ServiceMesh, Ingress controllers , Load balancers , F5 related technologies
- Ticketing management
- Good communication skills and analytical capabilities required during Outage handling or customer / stake holder engagement
