About The Team
We are looking for a new colleague as Process Engineer - Assembly for our Wind Power Business at our location of Tianjin China.
What you can look forward to as Process Engineer - Assembly:
- Process Owner for Assembly in ZFWPT.
- New product introduction, process validation including Process documents preparation.
- Ensure ZF quality requirements at assembly processes.
- Day-to-day trouble shooting to have smooth production.
- Ensure Safety, Productivity, Cost and Quality improvement projects.
- Maintain periodic report on key technical parameters.
Your Profile as Process Engineer - Assembly:
- Expert knowledge of Transmission or heavy equipment Assembly process.
- Expert knowledge of Limits and fits in Assembly, bearing clearances and Preloads and Bolting technologies.
- Expert in design of clamping and material handling equipment for Assembly processes.
- Software Knowledge - Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, Delmia, MS Office Tools.
- Expert knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving. e.g. 8D, 6-Sigma.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing. Working experience on ERP (SAP, MES). Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001-2015).
- Language skills: Mandarin Chinese: Skilled, English: CET-4.
