Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Verify authorised signatures before accepting and executing the request
- Maintain user identities, role profiles and parameters based on approved access matrices and established procedures and meeting SLA
- Maintain proper records of user identities, role profile and parameters changes performed
- Issue user password in secured manner and ensure acknowledgement from user based on established procedures
- Undertake tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

- Minimally a Diploma in Technology or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Focus on details, accuracy and service delivery.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work flexible hours and provide support on weekends during system implementations/cutovers.
